Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our busy team of producers. The role reports to the Executive Producer and sits within our creative studio. In this role, the Senior Producer will be responsible for the planning and delivery of world-class creative experiences overseeing Creative and Technology specialists alike and working closely alongside our production team to deliver projects.  

The role entails...

- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects by successfully budgeting, crewing and managing the workload. 
- Be comfortable creating and managing budgets of £100K + 
- Responsible for multidisciplinary teams consisting of Creative Directors, 2D/ 3D Animators, Tech Leads, Spatial Designers, Developers, Interactives and much more…both in house and freelance. 
- Be a passionate about delivering the best creative and find ways of producing so it does not jeopardise schedule and budget. 
- Drive all deliverables to be of the highest quality and get the best out of the team. 
- Break down brief/feedback and create a daily task list for team members and manage WIP deliveries 
- Hold weekly status meetings and daily stand-ups where necessary. 
- Be the main client interface on a project, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations. 
- Communicate with Account Managers, Project Leads and other senior team members on project progress. 
- Document progress, keep all files up to date and ensure everyone has access to the correct and latest files. 
- Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in demanding situations. 
- Play a dual role of client advocate and PA team advocate 
- Knowledge of video resolutions, formats, codecs, encoding. 
- Understanding of interactive process. 
- Ability to work in a team and independently.

Role Summary

We are experiencing a phase of growth in our client services team and we are really excited to be hiring a Senior Account Manager. This role will report to our Account Director, sitting in our fast-paced media and experiential team. Defining briefs, generating creative ideas and proposals is your day-to-day, you’ll take ownership of accounts and oversee campaigns from design to delivery. This is a client-facing role that requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties.

 
You are:

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Qualify briefs, seeking and defining objectives
- Concept and pitch innovative ideas to progress and close sales
- Understand how to effectively quote for production and creative services
- Quickly build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner
- Show a genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences
- Work to a workflow to get projects efficiently into production managing and overseeing projects from initial brief through to hand over to production teams
- Create professional presentations to clearly communicate ideas.

You'll bring...

- 5+ years of events industry experience within a technical production/ company, agency or media.
- Proven strong client management skills
- Understand how to effectively quote for production and creative services
- Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
- Experience in the media and campaigns world
- A genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences
- Interest in innovative media and marketing trends, new technology and how these can be applied
- Ability to transform often unrealistic ideas into unforgettable experiences, regularly working with budgets up to £250k+
- Quickly build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner

Bonus point if you have...

- Understanding of InDesign/ Photoshop
- Understanding of light and pixel technologies (projection/ LED etc)
- Understanding of the build and considerations for technical and bespoke special builds.

System Designer

Role Summary 

We're excited to hire a System Designer (SD) to join our Technology team! The SD takes the creative brief for the project and devises a technological solution to bring it to life. The design of this solution comprises the video, audio, lighting, interactive and control elements and their integration to form a cohesive, robust "system".

At Pixel Artworks, our immersive creations are led by the audience's experience. Therefore, in keeping with this philosophy, we strive to be tech-agnostic in our design approach and always choose the best solution, balancing all needs of the project. 

The role entails...

The SD is responsible for the technical design of the system as a whole, including: 

- Defining the system architecture and its comprised equipment, adhering to industry/company standards where possible 
- Defining signal infrastructure and communication protocols 
- Defining show control and automation requirements 
- Integration with systems by other contractors 
 
Examples of outputs an SD is expected to produce include: 
- Drawing and issuing technical schematics for the entire project (based on system architecture) 
- Drawing and issuing rack layouts  
- Compiling briefings and task lists for lead technicians and programmers 
- Creating base projects for operators/programmers 
- Compiling technical documentation for commissioning 
- Physical set up and testing of technology in both project and R&D contexts 
 
You will have...

- Good understanding of network topology design, setup and -deployment  
- Microsoft Planner  
- Knowledge and experience in using media server packages and playback systems (e.g. Disguise, Resolume, WATCHOUT, Brightsign) 
- High level of computer literacy in Windows OS 
- High level of competency in MS Office productivity suite, especially Excel 
-Experience in use of CAD software packages (2D and 3D) 

Bonus points if you have...

- Proficiency in network topology design, setup and deployment  
- Knowledge and experience in using network-based protocols for signal distribution (e.g. NDI, Dante, Artnet)

Role Summary

We are now looking for a Senior 3D Artist to fit into our creative and production workflow and take on the biggest projection mapping and technical production shows in the world.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Senior 3D Artist to join our fun, innovative studio, reporting to one of our Creative Directors. We are looking for someone to join our team to create immense immersive experiences, which are often as big (or bigger) than a building and seen by many! You’ll create your best work in our bright North London Studio and then watch your work come to life, experiencing it alongside live audiences! You will be offered the opportunity to travel and see the work you have created, across the globe!

You are currently a Senior 3D Artist and animator who is passionate about honing their craft and producing outstanding work across diverse media. You have experience taking on creative responsibility from concept to delivery and a desire to push the boundaries of digital experiences.

The role entails...

- Work with the Creative Leads and Creative Directors to understand the vision of the project, then execute with precision and interpretive integrity
- Work across the whole design process, from concept all the way to delivery
- Deliver key shots within animations as a heavyweight animator
- Work with our Technology team to bridge the gap between creative and technology to ensure all projects adhere to technical requirements
- Support and collaborate with our team of talented 3D Artists to deliver amazing work
- Maintain informational flow with wider team members and maintain alignment with project objectives
- Provide regular review and feedback on work in a clear & constructive manner
- Encourage creativity and participation from all team members
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Creative Directors, Producers, Artists, Clients Services and other teams to push project quality
- Actively participate to the constant improvement of processes and guidelines
- Share knowledge and recommend best practices
- Collaboratively push the visual quality and standards to the highest level

You'll bring...

- Solid knowledge of C4D, Octane and Adobe After Effects; we want you to bring expertise to the table and really push the studio to the next level.
- Over 8 years experience in the motion graphics industry and leading projects independently
- Art direction and good old communication.
- Excellent 2D and 3D animation skills.
- Concept development.
- Pitching and presentation to internal team members
- Extensive knowledge of 3D pipelines.
- Experience working in the live events industry is preferable but not essential.
- Experience with Unreal, Ventuz, Realflow, Character Rigging, Notch desirable.

We are hiring an Account Director to join our growing client services team to work with brands globally. This is an exciting time to join Pixel Artworks; we are pioneering new immersive experiences through our industry-leading integrated design & delivery process. This provides the foundation for limitless creativity and technical excellence in all our artworks.

In this role, you will help clients to push the boundaries of immersive experiences with a focus on the retail sector. You will be working to drive brands forward with innovations and creativity for in-store solutions. Working day-to-day on briefs with a team of integrated specialists bringing these ideas to life from initial concept development through to delivery; supporting the client every step of the way.

The successful candidate will have experience working with brands, implementing innovation and technology in-store globally. They will understand the global retail landscape and will be able to challenge the commercial viability of product development.
