We’re expanding our busy, award-winning Studio, hiring a Senior 3D Designer (Spatial/Experiential) who wants to create their best and most innovative work and advocate the importance of Spatial design across all of our projects. 

The Senior 3D Designer will work alongside a team of talented designers, taking ownership of briefs from concept to delivery, producing 3D visuals and floor plans to communicate their ideas with the team.

Accounts Assistant - Part-time

We are excited to be recruiting a part-time Accounts Assistant (3 days per week) to work within our Finance team, to support our growing business with invoices, transactions and financial reporting. 

The Accounts Assistant will support the invoicing & expenses process, ensuring the PO & expenses process is accurately followed by our employees. They will enter invoices into QuickBooks and assist in the preparation of the weekly payment runs and will assist with the reconciliation of company credit cards & bank accounts.

Your mission:

You’ll be joining our fast-paced media and experiential team. Defining briefs, generating creative ideas and proposals, you’ll take ownerships of accounts and oversee campaigns from design to delivery. This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties.  

You are:

A naturally curious person with a bright and enthusiastic approach to your work. A strong sales focus is a must – you thrive on working to targets/deadlines and have an ambitious mindset. No problem is too big and your creativity knows no limits when it comes to finding solutions. Ultimately you have the drive to go that extra step for clients and campaigns!

You will bring:

- 5+ years events industry experience within a technical production company or AV environment.
- Strong client management skills

Senior Installations Producer

A Producer or Account Director who has produced installations and/or deeply involved in the production of visitor experiences. Specifically, those that are based on audio-visual and interactive technology.  

You are now looking for a client-facing studio-based role with regular working hours. You won’t be producing the final installation but will collaborate with a producer, production manager and a creative lead to respond to a client brief or challenge. You will continue to work with these teams right through to production.  
 
You'll bring… 

- Ideally of six + years in the permanent installation or events industry and have experience within a technical production company or AV environment. 
- An understanding of the basic building blocks of all our technology solutions – lighting, projectors, LED, media servers...and you're keen to learn more! 
- Amazing client management skills – in particular, transforming often unrealistic ideas into unforgettable experiences 
- The ability to rise to the challenges of negotiation and management of various teams coming together to deliver incredible visitor experiences. -  Expertise in building proposals that require integrated technological and creative response (…and you’re a sucker for deadlines!) 
- Experience in sales, quoting and an upsell mentality 
- The ability to build on existing relationships and propose ideas to clients/develop new relationships and a sales pipeline 
- Easily able to finalise the costs of everything involved in a project and able to define the experience for internal teams and the client. 
- You excel in driving projects through our pre-production process before our studio, technology and production teams will take over the delivery.

Production Coordinator

The Production Co-ordinator will support a world-leading production company across various projects and will take an autonomous lead on our increasing demand for media projection campaigns for a wide variety of household names and brands from Direct Line to Kanye West. 
Our media campaigns are focused in London but also run the length and breadth the of UK and may be occasions where travel to European cities is part of your role. 
 
Key Responsibilities & Duties  
 
Support our Client Services team in the planning & budgeting process; 
Provide support to organise campaigns based around the client’s brand and audience requirements; 
Source suitable sites/locations based on the project's key objectives; 
Ongoing sourcing & management of suppliers, in response to project and business needs; 
Provide on-site support in a client facing role, ensuring the projections are executed successfully and photographed well; 
Provide feedback to our clients and the team on the progress of campaigns; 
Undertaking all operational duties including (but not limited to); arranging crew logistics, acquiring notes from suppliers and general production tasks; 
Providing additional support across the Business Development & Production department as required. 
 
Knowledge & Skills 
A good technical understanding of AV equipment 
Excellent organisation and logistical skills 
Good communication skills and IT skills (ppt, excel etc.) 
An interest in photography / videography to ensure high quality of projection campaign output 
A basic knowledge of photoshop is desirable to quickly retouch issues as required.
