As creative technology engineers working with light, we design and deliver outstanding and meaningful experiences across media, events, shows and installations. Our established studio is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of shared immersive experiences.

We are now looking for a Senior Producer to fit into our creative and production workflow and take on the biggest projection mapping and technical production shows in the world.

You are…

An experienced creative producer at the top of your game who is used to producing best-in-class animation, interactive or experiential content. You’re looking forward to the joint challenge of producing content for world-class immersive experiences as well as being involved in the management and development of the studio.

You’ll bring…

- Your passion for producing amazing experiences and hunger for the next challenge
- Strong experience and understanding of the 3D animation pipe-line including the rendering process
- Strong experience with interactive pipelines (Touch Designer, Notch, Unity)
- The ability to produce shoots to feed into the animation workflow
- A ‘whatever it takes’ attitude with a budget-savvy mind-set
- Super negotiation skills – you are always looks for a win-win outcome
- Top notch communication skills – you can easily explain complex ideas clearly and manage expectations
- Freakishly good organisation skills – a master at working to deadlines and budgets

Bonus points if you have…

- Experience producing projection mapping and LED content
- Experience with process improvement

You are…

An experienced People and Recruitment manager looking for an opportunity to work within an innovative company. A pro-active, self-starter able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment which is subject to change and ambiguity will do well here!

You will bring…

- A CIPD qualification and/or relevant HR and recruitment experience.
- An excellent understanding of employment law
- A background working within a fast paced, agile business
- Experience implementing HR best pro-active and innovation across a range of HR disciplines
- Ideally from a similar industry/start-up/media/creative environment where you have recruited across sales, design, creative and technical roles. You will have
- Strong communication skills – ability to work alongside the senior management team as well as the wider business

Senior 3D Artist

We are expanding our team of talented 3D Artists and are recruiting a Senior 3D Artist to fit into our Creative Studio.

What we’re looking for

Skills

Solid knowledge of C4D and Adobe After Effects; we want you to bring expertise to the table and really push the studio to the next level
Over 5 years’ experience in motion graphics and experience leading a creative team. 
Art direction and good old communication
Excellent 2D and 3D animation skills
Concept development
Pitching and presentation
Knowledge of 3D pipeline
Experience with, Python, Ventuz, Realflow, Character Rigging, Octane, Notch and UV map workflow for disguise/d3 highly desirable

Event Producer/Account Director – Shows & Events

This role will suit…

Someone who has produced big shows or events globally for a good number of years and is now looking for a studio-based role with regular working hours. You won’t be producing the final event but rather lead on a production manager and creative content producer to deliver the final project.

You’ll bring…
- Ideally 8+ years events industry experience within a technical production company or AV environment
- An understanding of the basic building blocks of all our technology solutions – lighting, projectors, LED, media servers...and you're keen to learn more
- Amazing client management skills – in particular transforming often unrealistic ideas into unforgettable experiences
- The ability to rise to the challenges of negotiation and management of various teams coming together to produce an event
- Expertise in building proposals to include process across multi-parties (you are a sucker for timelines and deadlines!)
- Experience in sales, quoting and an upsell mentality
- The ability to build on existing relationships and propose ideas to clients/ develop relationships and sales pipeline
- Easily able to finalise the costs of everything involved in a project, define the experience and drive the projects through our pre-production process where our studio, technology and production teams will take over the delivery

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager who will be reporting to our Business Director. This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties. 
 
Your mission:

You’ll be joining our fast-paced media and experiential team. Defining briefs, generating creative ideas and proposals, you’ll take ownerships of accounts and oversee campaigns from design to delivery. This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties.  

You are:

A naturally curious person with a bright and enthusiastic approach to your work. A strong sales focus is a must – you thrive on working to targets/deadlines and have an ambitious mindset. No problem is too big and your creativity knows no limits when it comes to finding solutions. Ultimately you have the drive to go that extra step for clients and campaigns!

You will bring:

- 5+ years events industry experience within a technical production company or AV environment.
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
- Experience in the media and campaigns world
- A genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences
- Interest in innovative media and marketing trends, new technology and how these can be applied
- Ability to transform often unrealistic ideas into unforgettable experiences, regularly working with budgets up to £250k+
- Understand how to effectively quote for production and creative services
- Quickly build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner
- Understanding of light and pixel technologies (projection/ LED etc)
- Understanding of the build and considerations for technical and bespoke special builds
