The company’s uniquely integrated creative, technical and production teams make us the recognised leader in our field. 

This is a new position created in the finance team as it transitions into its next phase of growth. You must possess strong accounting knowledge and experience in similar role to be successful.

The role entails...

· Assist in producing company accounts ensuring a timely and disciplined month end reporting routine
· Bank reconciliations
· Credit card reconciliation
· Intercompany transactions and loan account reconciliations
· Overseeing bookkeeping and coding to the correct cost centres
· Balance Sheet and control account reconciliations
· Monthly accruals and prepayments journals
· Lead the preparation of weekly payment runs
· Process employee expenses
· Lead the credit control function
· Assist with the cashflow forecasts
· Departmental budgets and forecasting
· Submitting VAT returns and EC sales declarations
· Any other adhoc duties arising

You'll bring...

· ACCA level 1 or AAT qualified with minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
· Knowledge and experience in a direct applicable field – either business or accounts firm
· Good knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
· Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Highly Proficient in Excel
· Demonstrated success in quick learning new systems and tools to manage business functions
· Highly proficient in QuickBooks
