Role Summary
We are on the lookout for a fantastic Senior Visualiser who will draw upon a wealth of experience to oversee and create 2D and 3D visualisations to sell our best-in-class immersive experiences to existing and prospective clients.
They will be an advocate of Pixel Artworks’ creative vision during the sales process and beyond, ensuring that our ideas are illustrated beautifully, and our brand is consistently represented accurately.
As well as creating visuals themselves, the Senior Visualiser will be responsible for ensuring all visuals created by others (other staff members, freelancers etc.) meet the company’s approved visual style, so we have a consistently high response to all client briefs.
They will work with other members of the Studio and the Client Services team, taking briefs and reviewing work with them. The Senior Visualiser reports to the Client Services Director and Creative Director.
The Senior Visualiser can have a tangible impact on the outcome of the sales process as visualisations of our ideas are integral to every pitch.
Key Responsibilities
Creative
Have oversight of and take accountability for the visuals created for all projects.
Be able to create best-in-class 2D and 3D visualisations using Cinema4D, Photoshop and Octane.
Work with Creative Directors to understand the vision that needs illustrating.
Quality check and brief other visualises to create the desired look for our visuals.
Work quickly and efficiently and work on several projects in a week.
Elevate the creative calibre of visuals coming out of the Studio.
Commercial
Understand and be able to work within time constraints of pitches.
Visualise ideas accurately so that what is sold is not commercially unavailable to the client.
People
Must have strong communication skills and be a good communicator with creative and non-creative people.
Show leadership at the project and Studio level.
Inspire and motivate other members of the team
Support and mentor other artists in our standardised visual response.
Be a positive influence in the Studio.
The Studio
Ensure that all team members follow the Company's approved visual style.
Collaborate with senior Studio team members to drive innovation, ensuring our visual style is always cutting-edge.
Guide the Marketing team where visuals are required for press releases.
Participate in company and team meetings where needed.
Skills and Competencies
Creating exemplary 2D and 3D visualisations.
Highly proficient in C4D, Photoshop, and Octane.
Experience working in the sales process of artistic projects.
Tool-kit creation for other visualises to use.
An eye for detail and design.
Receive briefs from other Studio members and team members from different departments who do not have a creative background.
Communicate to team members and freelancers to ensure consistency across all visuals.
Experience visualising AV effects for live events, retail displays, and permanent technology installations.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Client Services department. You’ll be joining our fast-paced media and events team. Assisting with briefs, concepting ideas, and responding to proposals will be your day-to-day.
The right candidate will take ownership of our Large Format Projection offering with support from the wider team, from the presales stage through to final delivery. This is a client facing role which requires a professional attitude and a passion for the industry.

No problem is too big, and your creativity knows no limits when it comes to finding solutions. Ultimately you have the drive to go that extra step for clients and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the wider Client Services team in qualifying briefs, writing proposals, and closing sales
Lead our Large Format Guerrilla projection offering
Learn how to effectively quote for production and studio services
Build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner
Follow the PA process to efficiently progress sold projects into production, manage pre-sales, and oversee projects once in the delivery phase
Assist with the administration of the Client Services team and its associated accounts
Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish immediate rapport with clients and colleagues alike
A genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences
Interest in innovative media and marketing trends, new technology and how these can be applied to our clients
Proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
