Role Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketeer to join our fast-growing, innovative company. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll work together to drive growth in our reputation and client base and will cover all aspects of marketing. You’ll get exposure to the full marketing mix; social media, digital marketing, CRM and events.

You’ll need to be super organised, have a knack for bringing people together and making things happen, and be great at written communication. In return, you’ll get lots of development opportunities, great employees perks, all while working in a creative, supportive, and fun environment.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to activate the marketing strategy
- Take ownership of the marketing calendar and all comms, ensuring all marketing activities are effectively coordinated - internally and externally
- Support with marketing campaigns, social media and website management
- Manage and run the social media channels
- Support with content creation, including film, social assets, press releases and other comms
- Collate assets for internal marketing communications
- Compile insight and reports on the effectiveness of the marketing strategy
- Co-ordinate marketing activities to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.

Required attributes:

- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and team-working
- Good writing skills with high attention to detail and experience of drafting social media posts and newsletters
- Experience working with suppliers, designers, agencies, photographers and videographers.
- Experience in using Adobe products (In-Design, Photoshop)

AV Support Technician

The opportunity

We are hiring an AV Support Technician to expand the capacity of our support team to support our clients and maintain completed projects to the highest standards.

This is a new role being created with hands-on training, office, warehouse and on-site works. The support technician will be able to work independently on our helpdesk and at client sites, with the skills to carry out field servicing, troubleshooting and end-user training.

Training on the use of video mapping, lighting, audio and show control systems will be an integral part of this position.

The Support Technician will also be required to provide 1st and 2nd line support to our existing clients. This involves travelling between sites for scheduled maintenance and service visits as well as emergency callouts in the event of a failure.

The role entails…

- Monitoring our support platform and receiving incoming calls to our support line
- Raise, resolve and report support tickets
- Remotely assessing and diagnosing reported issues, resolving where possible or escalating to 3rd line if required
- Attending client sites for regularly scheduled maintenance of control, AV, lighting, sound and network equipment
- Attending client sites to carry our unscheduled repairs or recalibrations
- Generally supporting our other project and company activities as required
- Some CAD, documentation, procurement, supply chain and logistics tasks
- Maintaining standards across all our projects by implementing our installation standards and quality management processes
- Assisting on delivery, testing and logistics of our shows and events
- Travelling to client sites worldwide as required
- Undergo training as required in technology, installation and health and safety.

You'll bring...

Role Summary

We are now looking for a Senior 3D Artist to fit into our creative and production workflow and take on the biggest projection mapping and technical production shows in the world.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Senior 3D Artist to join our fun, innovative studio, reporting to one of our Creative Directors. We are looking for someone to join our team to create immense immersive experiences, which are often as big (or bigger) than a building and seen by many! You’ll create your best work in our bright North London Studio and then watch your work come to life, experiencing it alongside live audiences! You will be offered the opportunity to travel and see the work you have created, across the globe!

You are currently a Senior 3D Artist and animator who is passionate about honing their craft and producing outstanding work across diverse media. You have experience taking on creative responsibility from concept to delivery and a desire to push the boundaries of digital experiences.

The role entails...

- Work with the Creative Leads and Creative Directors to understand the vision of the project, then execute with precision and interpretive integrity
- Work across the whole design process, from concept all the way to delivery
- Deliver key shots within animations as a heavyweight animator
- Work with our Technology team to bridge the gap between creative and technology to ensure all projects adhere to technical requirements
- Support and collaborate with our team of talented 3D Artists to deliver amazing work
- Maintain informational flow with wider team members and maintain alignment with project objectives
- Provide regular review and feedback on work in a clear & constructive manner
- Encourage creativity and participation from all team members
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Creative Directors, Producers, Artists, Clients Services and other teams to push project quality

You'll bring...

- Solid knowledge of C4D, Octane and Adobe After Effects; we want you to bring expertise to the table and really push the studio to the next level.
- Over 8 years experience in the motion graphics industry and leading projects independently
- Art direction and good old communication.
- Excellent 2D and 3D animation skills.
- Concept development.
- Pitching and presentation to internal team members
- Extensive knowledge of 3D pipelines.
- Experience working in the live events industry is preferable but not essential.

Production Manager

Role Summary

We are now looking to grow our team and take our company to the next level and we are looking for a Production Manager to support our growth plans! You’ll join a small production team and will get the opportunity to work with huge brands on amazing live immersive experiences and shows.

The role entails..
- Plan and manage the delivery of technical productions, within the specified timeframe and budget
- Co-ordinate all external resources, suppliers, contractors to ensure that all elements of a project are delivered to an exceptionally high standard
- Produce all project-related documentation, including budgets, crew schedules, risk assessments and method statements
- Be responsible for the efficient procurement and scheduling of all project-related logistics
- Promote efficient and effective communications between all project stakeholders
- Have overall responsibility for the onsite management of assigned projects
- Participate actively in new business development with the Client Services team, providing technical recommendations and pricing
- Promote new technologies and techniques within the business, ensuring knowledge is shared amongst team members
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers, whilst ensuring that high quality is maintained
- Be responsible for ensuring that delivery methods are compliant with current Health & Safety regulations
- Serve as the main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations

You'll bring...
- Knowledge and experience of budgeting processes and experience with managing budgets of £300k+
- Excellent understanding of all production disciplines including Audio, Lighting, Video, Rigging, Staging and Scenery, Stage Management as well as building/site services, such as Power Distribution
- Good understanding of video and lighting technology including projection techniques, LED and other display screen technology, entertainment lighting, show control systems, file formats and system design.
- Strong practical skills and problem-solving qualities
- Experienced with managing a team on-site to produce a multifaceted event
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of IT applications (including MS Office, particularly Excel)
- CAD drawing in Vectorworks, Sketch-up or AutoCAD

Role Summary 

We're excited to hire a System Designer (SD) to join our Technology team! The SD takes the creative brief for the project and devises a technological solution to bring it to life. The design of this solution comprises the video, audio, lighting, interactive and control elements and their integration to form a cohesive, robust "system".

At Pixel Artworks, our immersive creations are led by the audience's experience. Therefore, in keeping with this philosophy, we strive to be tech-agnostic in our design approach and always choose the best solution, balancing all needs of the project. 

The role entails...

The SD is responsible for the technical design of the system as a whole, including: 

- Defining the system architecture and its comprised equipment, adhering to industry/company standards where possible 
- Defining signal infrastructure and communication protocols 
- Defining show control and automation requirements 
- Integration with systems by other contractors 
 
Examples of outputs an SD is expected to produce include: 
- Drawing and issuing technical schematics for the entire project (based on system architecture) 
- Drawing and issuing rack layouts  
- Compiling briefings and task lists for lead technicians and programmers 
- Creating base projects for operators/programmers 
- Compiling technical documentation for commissioning 
- Physical set up and testing of technology in both project and R&D contexts 
 
You will have...

- Good understanding of network topology design, setup and -deployment  
- Microsoft Planner  
- Knowledge and experience in using media server packages and playback systems (e.g. Disguise, Resolume, WATCHOUT, Brightsign) 
- High level of computer literacy in Windows OS 
- High level of competency in MS Office productivity suite, especially Excel 
-Experience in use of CAD software packages (2D and 3D)
