Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Client Services department. You’ll be reporting to an Account Director and joining our fast-paced media and experiential team.

Defining briefs, generating creative ideas and proposals is your day-to-day. With support from the wider team, you’ll take ownerships of accounts and oversee campaigns from design to delivery.

This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry and real passion for the industry.

A naturally curious person with a bright and eager approach to work. You thrive on working to targets/deadlines and have an ambitious mindset. No problem is too big, and your creativity knows no limits when it comes to finding solutions. Ultimately you have the drive to go that extra step for clients and campaigns.

As this role requires you to support your clients throughout the project some sales skills and problem solving will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifying briefs, writing proposals, and closing sales
Support the Account director to execute business, generate client facing quotes and proposals
Learn how to effectively quote for production and studio services
Build and maintain client relationships in a relaxed and personable manner 
Follow the PA process, to efficiently progress sold projects into production, manage pre-sales, and oversee projects once in the delivery phase
Assist with the administration of the Client Services team and its associated accounts
Drafting scopes of work for internal teams, creating briefing documents and be involved from a client perspective in all aspects of project delivery
Generating, reporting and outputting project budgets
Collecting and collating invoices and chasing payments
Manage purchase orders & supplier payments

Person Specification
Required attributes

Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish immediate rapport with clients and colleagues alike
A genuine interest in technology/ AV events and digital experiences 
Interest in innovative media and marketing trends, new technology and how these can be applied to our clients
Proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
